Movies in the park has once again been canceled. We will be rescheduling these movies for the spring.

Due to an over abundance of caution related to Covid-19 we will be closing the park district office this week, Oct 12th - 16th.

Come play bags at Lowell Park! We’ve recently installed a bags set at the bottom of Lowell across from the Lions Shelter. We can thank our recreation assistant Sarina Venier for this newest addition to the park. She saw a similar set up in the suburbs and pitched it to our Executive Director and the rest is history! We will have a set of bags available to check out at the nature center during its regular hours (check out website for fall hours), but we definitely recommend bringing your own bags! Shout out to our stellar maintenance crew for the quick install!
Come on down and toss some bags around and don’t forget- we’re all ears when it comes to improvements to the parks!!
